Membership of the Arab–Balkans Corridor
Corridor Passport
Verified standing, trade compliance, market intelligence and access — for companies trading between Arab markets, the Balkans and the European Union.
The Corridor Passport is how a company joins the corridor. Every corridor member holds one. Directory listing, the opportunity board, introductions, working groups and the meeting programme at corridor events all run through it.
What it is
One account. Four things that only work together.
A verified identity makes your compliance dossier credible. A compliance dossier makes you eligible for demand on the opportunity board. Responding to demand builds transaction history, which raises your standing.
Identity
Verified registration, ownership, financials and trading history — and a corridor standing that rises as you complete transactions.
Compliance
Rules of origin and preference eligibility per product and lane. CBAM exposure for producers in fertilizer, aluminium, steel and cement.
Market
The opportunity board of buyer requirements and tenders, quarterly matchmaking rounds and counterpart search.
Intelligence
The monthly corridor bulletin, regulatory and tariff alerts, quarterly sector briefs and landed-cost benchmarks.

How to join
Verified first. Charged last.
Every applicant is verified and approved by a person before anything is charged. There is no checkout that takes your money first and refunds a refusal.
Apply
Tell us who you are and what you trade, and send your supporting documents. Nothing is charged.
Corridor review
We check your company against the public commercial registry of its country, validate your VAT number where you are in the EU, and screen against sanctions lists. Then a person reviews the application.
Agreement
If approved, you receive your subscription agreement and price to sign. If we decline, we tell you why.
Payment
Only after you have signed. Annual or monthly, by card, Revolut Pay or bank transfer.
Active
Your passport is issued on cleared funds — with its own passport number, a digital passport page and a verification record anyone can check.
We aim to decide within five business days.
Questions
Before you apply
Is this chamber membership?
No. Corridor Passport is a subscription to compliance, intelligence and access services. It does not provide chamber membership, representation or advocacy, and it does not replace your national chamber. If you are a chamber member, you qualify for a discount.
When am I charged?
Only after your application has been approved and you have signed the subscription agreement. Applying costs nothing, and an application that is declined is never charged.
Who contracts with us, and who receives payment?
Openet BV, registered in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 75227312, VAT NL860196951B01), is the service operator of Corridor Passport, appointed by BDS Holding BV — the corridor’s operating and implementation partner. Openet BV issues the subscription agreement and the invoice, and is your counterparty for the service. Corridor trading and logistics are contracted separately with other companies of the group.
How is VAT handled?
Business customers inside the European Union with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure. Customers outside the European Union are invoiced without VAT. Provide your VAT number in the application so the invoice issues correctly.
How do I pay?
Monthly subscriptions are collected automatically by card or Revolut Pay, so nothing has to be chased each month. Annual subscriptions can be paid by card or by bank transfer against invoice. You can change or cancel the payment method at any time.
Does a subscription include corridor logistics or trading services?
No. Warehousing, customs brokerage, freight and trading are contracted and priced separately. Subscribers receive preferential rates on them, but the subscription is not a service credit.
What does the origin and preference assessment actually do?
For your product codes and trade lanes it establishes the duty applicable, whether a preferential rate is available under an agreement in force, the origin rule you must satisfy to claim it, and the documentation required. Most companies entitled to preferential rates never claim them, because the documentation is not prepared correctly.
Who needs the CBAM assessment?
Producers and exporters of cement, iron and steel, aluminium, fertilizers, electricity and hydrogen selling into the European Union. Since January 2026 EU importers must surrender certificates for embedded carbon, and they require product-level emissions data from the producer in order to do so. Without that data, European buyers cannot import from you.
Can I cancel?
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled on 30 days’ notice at the end of a billing month. Annual subscriptions run for the term and renew unless cancelled 30 days before renewal.
Are introductions guaranteed?
Introductions are offered at the Strategic level, up to four a year, and at the Corporate level, up to ten a year. They are subject to a suitable counterpart being identified for your stated objective. We do not guarantee a commercial outcome at any level.
